Do you look after someone? Know your rights

User AvatarPosted by Samuel Jackson at 26/11/2014 12:11:21

NHS Ashford Clinical Commissioning Group is supporting the national Carers Rights Day (Friday 28 November).

Carers Rights Day brings organisations across the UK together to help carers in their local community know their rights and find out how to get the help and support they are entitled to.

This year's theme is ‘Looking after someone? Know your rights’.

For further information about local advice and support, take a look at the Carers’ Support poster or visit www.carers-ashford.org.uk
